Meanwhile back at the ranch....

Update on Troy and the Kiddos!

While I was visiting Oregon, Troy and the kids had a great time. It is a good thing for kiddos to have uninterupted Dad time occasionally....it is also a good thing for moms to take a time out occasionally!:)

Saturday, they took me to the airport and then stopped at Applebees for dinner on the way home.

Sunday was normal - church and just some family time at home!

Monday, they visited the Orange County Choppers shop in Montgomery, NY. Yes, it is in NY, not California! They stopped for a little mini-golf on the way home. Good advice - be very careful around Chloe when she is wielding a golf club (or for that matter, a fishing pole, baseball bat, tennis racket, etc).

Tuesday, they set up a badminton net and played for a LONG time. That night, they camped out in the backyard only to receive their wake up call at 7:30 Wednesday morning from the yard guys....time to mow the grass...good thing Troy can take down the tent in record time.

Wednesday was a day around the house for which I will say a big THANK YOU because I came home to a very clean house with all of the laundry done! Sorry ladies, Troy is spoken for, and I plan to keep him for many years to come!

Thursday morning, they picked me up at JFK at 8:00 am, and we headed home - making a short stop at Cracker Barrel for some breakfast where we had to explain to our waitress that Oregon was indeed in the United States! Don't even get me started......
