Refund

Please tell me what is wrong with this picture....actually, there is no picture, but here is the scenario. In the mail today, we received an envelope from our insurance company, Allstate. Inside is a letter saying that way back sometime, they processed our payment wrong and at the bottom of this letter we will find an attached check in the amount of correction plus interest. There is indeed a check attached - get ready for this....for ZERO dollars and 30 cents. A 30 cent refund that it cost them 29 cents to mail. WOOHOO - I can buy another stamp! Again, I ask...What is wrong with this picture?
